Engineering problem

I am at work now. I am so angry. Not only because of my work.
I got up early, I managed to get to my office earlier, and then for fu**ing 3 hours I haven’t done anything.
I am willing to work and I don’t like laziness, but, I haven’t done anything so far because people who are supposed to help me with my work are always gone. And when I ask them a question, they look at my problem for about 5 seconds, and they give me a wrong answer. Not because they don’t know the answer, but they didn’t try to look into the problem closely. And I lose hours a day because of that. I am an engineer and we are supposed to work in teams, but apparently they aren’t.
